Build School is operated by Laksh Sadhwani, Laksh Sadhwani, with a registered address at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, 462026, India (“Build School”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@buildschoolhq.com.

Build School sells digital educational guides. Each guide is a PDF/ebook and, where stated on the product page, access to a private source-code repository. All products are digital. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

The current product is “Build your first AI agent in a weekend”, priced at ₹499, sold as a one-time purchase.

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include any taxes that apply, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Payment is processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (“Razorpay”), a third-party payment processor. We do not receive or store your card, UPI, or bank details. See our Privacy Policy for more on this.

We may change prices at any time. A price change does not affect an order you already paid for.

Products are delivered digitally, by email and a download link, right after payment is confirmed. See our Shipping and Delivery Policy for details and what to do if delivery does not arrive.

When you buy a Product, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning. You may not:

• resell, redistribute, or publish the guide or the source code as your own,
• share your copy with people who have not purchased it,
• use the Product to create a competing product that is substantially the same guide.

You may use any code from the source-code repository in your own personal or commercial projects, unless the product page or the repository itself states a different licence for that specific code.

If we provide a download link or repository invite, keep it private. We may disable a link or invite that we believe is being shared publicly or reused outside its intended purpose.

Our guides teach general, educational concepts about building software and AI agents. They are not professional, legal, financial, medical, or investment advice. You are responsible for how you use anything you learn or build from a guide, including any cost you incur from third-party services (such as API usage fees) while following it.

All content in a Product, and all content on this website, belongs to Laksh Sadhwani or its licensors, unless stated otherwise. The licence in Section 6 does not transfer ownership of this content to you.

To the extent allowed by Indian law, Build School’s total liability for any claim relating to a Product or this website is limited to the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost data, arising from your use of a Product.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. We will post the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when we make a change.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms, unless a mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
