Shipping and Delivery Policy

When you buy “Build your first AI agent in a weekend,” you receive:

1. a PDF/ebook copy of the guide, and
2. access to a private source-code repository referenced in the guide, where applicable.

Delivery is automatic and digital:

1. You complete payment through Razorpay checkout.
2. As soon as the payment is confirmed, we send an email to the address you used at checkout.
3. That email contains a direct download link for the PDF and, where applicable, an invite or link to the source-code repository.

Delivery is normally instant, within a few minutes of your payment being confirmed. In rare cases, such as an email delivery delay, it can take up to 24 hours.

If more than 24 hours have passed and you have not received your delivery email:

1. Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from hello@buildschoolhq.com.
2. Confirm the email address you used at checkout was typed correctly.
3. If you still cannot find it, email hello@buildschoolhq.com with your order confirmation or payment reference. We will manually resend the guide and repository access as soon as we see your message.

We treat non-delivery as our responsibility to fix, not something you need to prove. A valid payment confirmation from Razorpay is enough for us to resend your product.

Because every product is digital, there are no shipping charges, no shipping addresses to enter, and no shipping carriers involved. If a future product ever includes a physical item, this policy will be updated to cover it before that product goes on sale.
