Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to sell you a digital product and support you afterward.

• Email address. Collected at checkout, used to deliver your Product and to send order confirmations and support replies.
• Payment information. We do not collect or store your card number, UPI ID, or bank details. Payment is handled entirely by Razorpay, our payment processor. We receive only the confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, an order ID, and the amount paid.
• Basic website analytics. We may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to see things like which pages are visited and how many people complete a purchase. This is aggregate usage data, not used to identify you personally.
• Support messages. If you email us, we keep that email and our reply so we can help you and refer back to past issues.

We do not collect your PAN, Aadhaar, or any government ID. That information, if ever needed, goes directly to Razorpay for their own KYC and compliance process, not to us.

We use your data to:

• deliver the Product you paid for (send the download link and any repository access),
• send order confirmations and receipts,
• respond to support requests, including the guarantee described in our Refunds and Cancellations Policy,
• understand basic usage of the website so we can improve it,
• meet legal and tax record-keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone. We do not use your email for marketing unless you separately opt in to a mailing list, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

All payments on this website are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. When you pay, you share your payment details directly with Razorpay, not with us. Your email and order data are stored with our hosting and email providers. We take reasonable steps to keep this data secure, including using HTTPS on this website and not storing card data on our own systems. No online system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We keep order and email records for as long as needed to support you, meet tax and accounting requirements under Indian law, and resolve any disputes. You can ask us to delete data we are not legally required to keep, as described in Section 6.

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and general good practice, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you,
• correct inaccurate data,
• delete your data, where we are not required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons,

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
